- Simply, log in to the Online Banking Center, click on the Skip-A-Pay link and select the loan payment you wish to skip or
- Print and complete the Skip-A-Pay certificate and return it to us by:

- or mail it to: PO Box 27030, Federal Way, WA 98093-4030
