If you received a new Woodstone VISA debit card within the past two weeks, you may have noticed it looks different:
But the design isn’t the only thing that's changed. Our VISA debit cards have also been updated with EMV chip technology, making them more secure than ever. For security reasons, you must activate your new VISA debit card within 30 days of receiving it. Once your new card is activated, destroy the old one immediately.
Activation is simple:
- If you know your Personal Identification Number (PIN), simply use your new card with your PIN at any ATM or merchant point-of-sale terminal.
- If you do not know your PIN or would like a new PIN, call (866) 985-2273 to activate your card and select a new PIN. Activation is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
For even greater security, your new EMV debit card has a new card number that does not include your account number. If you have set up automatic payments using your old card number, you will need to update your account information with those merchants.
