Adé Ariwoola

Chairman, Supervisory Committee

Currently the City of Federal Way’s Finance Director, Ade’ Ariwoola is also President of the Washington Finance Officers Association. He is a past Finance Director for the City of Ellensburg, Financial Services Manager for Kitsap County, and Chief Accountant for Chelan County. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Washington State and an M.B.A. from Gonzaga. Ade joined Woodstone's Supervisory Committee in 2015 and the Board of Directors in 2016.

Andy Hwang


Andy is currently the Chief of Police for the City of Federal Way. He has more than 24 years of police experience with the Federal Way and Olympia Police Departments. Andy is active in a variety of Community Service Associations. He is on the Advancing Leadership Board of Directors; a member of the Federal Way Noon Kiwanis International Club; a member of the International Association of Chief of Police; and the King County Police Association. Andy joined Woodstone’s Board of Directors in 2009.

Jon McIntosh


Jon has been the Lead Pastor at Grace Church in Federal Way since 2005. Passionate about leadership and community transformation, Jon has experience modeling sustainable community engagement and leading organizations though the system changes required to bolster community transformation and increase inclusivity. He has served as President of the Advancing Leadership Board of Directors and Federal Way Police Department Chaplain. Jon joined Woodstone’s Board of Directors in 2015.

Tracy Oster

Vice Chairperson

Tracy has been the Executive Director of Communities In Schools of Federal Way since 2006. She has been in this position since 2006 and has grown the organization from an annual operating budget of $85,000 and one staff member to $500,000 and sixteen staff. Tracy joined Woodstone's Board of Directors in 2014.

Tom Pierson


Tom Pierson has been President and CEO of the Tacoma-Pierce County Chamber since June 2011. Before joining the TPC Chamber, Pierson led the Federal Way Chamber of Commerce for eight years, helping them achieve four-star accreditation from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and doubling its membership. Prior to his leadership of the Federal Way Chamber of Commerce, Tom worked for the Metropolitan King County Council. He received the Kiongozi Award for Educational Leadership in 2008 and was honored in 2004 as a “40 Under 40 Business Leader.” Tom holds a B.A. degree in political science from Washington State University. Tom joined Woodstone’s Board of Directors in 2009.

Kim Zier


Kim has been the Director of Administration for Caffe D'arte, a local, family- owned business that recently relocated to Federal Way, for seven years. Prior to Caffe D’arte, she was Director of Administration at Wild Waves. Active in the community, she has served on the Board of the Boys and Girls Club, Cascade Velocity, and the Federal Way School District Community Advisory Panel. She currently serves on the Federal Way Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and volunteers as the Publicity Coordinator for the Big Brothers Big Sisters Bowl for Kids event. Kim joined Woodstone’s Board of Directors in 2015.
